Hand 1: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4568401 - the only time I lost more than $50 in any one hand, this was a little bit because I was killing it, and I couldn't see any 3s in his limping range and TBH just thought he was FOS. He actually timed, but still it's a little bit idle aggression.

Going to play session 9 now, play for maybe 1 hr and really keep on top of my concentration levels. I'm also timing on virtually every decision now which is super important to my recovery.

I'm a little bit light headed, but nothing too major and I'm certainly in a +EV condition physically and mentally....
