Cbetting strategy: 10/10
Game selection: 10/10

Hands:

Losers

Hand 1: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4583495 This was the biggest disappointment by far. Gators is pretty nitty, but a really really good solid winning aggressive one. I think calling the flop and turn is fine, but my hand is totally face up as a top pair/ overpair and he's just NOT going to try to take me off it by the river. I was distracted at the time but it's not OK to just think meh I wouldn't have called had I been on my game. Not being on game is a skill, part of being good at poker, and here I just wasn't good enough to fold the river. Really really beat myself up over this river call and it's not going to happen again soon.

Hand 2: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4583500 I actually don't hate this. It's one of those spots where I have no right to win the pot, and if 3bet on the flop I really don't mind. Reason I usually like it is that on a board this draw heavy and strong made hand is getting 3bet, while medium strength made hands and draws are flatting, both of which I can take them off on the turn or river. OCCASIONALLY, villain may take the line of flatting flop raise with a hand like AK here and shoving over a blank turn, which I do like vs me and probably is what happened.

Hand 3: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4583506 I harp on about RE more than anyone, then go and call this flop to a potsize bet when he might fire bluffs again forcing me to fold, or have me beat anyway, or have very decent equity anyway. Horrible, fold flop Dan and AVOID RE!

Hand 4: http://www.pokerhand.org/?4583509 Interesting, same villain as my 79 hand.... I was obviously more on my game earlier in the session in the way of making folds, but in hindsight I do much prefer calling turn and folding river.

I'm not including any winners 'cos I don't deserve to. Session 16 coming up now, win or lose I'm not going to regret any hands. Focus on concentration, flatting a little more, and avoiding RE.

Dan
