Hand 1:http://www.pokerhand.org/?4575495 - bluff raising in 3bet pots, I'm not 100% sure in what spots to do it, other than having some sort of sense that I shouldn't do it too often. Given his high 3b% in the blinds, I decided this board was as good as any to fold out all air and < 1010, with the BD flush and straights giving me some equity in the event he flats and I get to check turn. hmm, something I should probably post about.

There wasn't too much to learn from in this session given my lack of mistakes, I just need to really push on in session 12 and keep up the concentration levels and AVOID COMPLACENCY. These will be my goals for the session I'm playing now, so will add avoiding complacency to my x/10 marks.
