After last session's debacle, I did a strict 90 minutes limit on each of the above. I've super loosened up this month, playing 33/28, 3bet of 17%. In terms of grading myself in each area, I've been 10 in virtually everything like preparation, concentration etc as well as the technical aspects of avoiding RE and applying tons of good pressure.

Had some decent hands along the way I think:

Playing super aggro is real nice, cos you can raise call things like TP3K 150bbs deep no problem:
